Fitness is for anybody and any body.
You deserve to feel good in your skin, to reach for your goals no matter how high. At F.I.T. we strive to keep you moving for as long as possible. You want to be the oldest person still exercising at the gym, not the youngest person in assisted living.
My approach as a coach is focused around the pain-free performance method, and I utilize my yoga, powerlifting and group fitness backgrounds to keep training fun and focused. I work with all ages and groups, from family sessions with 9-13 year old kiddos to 70+ year olds who want to feel and move better as they continue into their later years.

We often go to a variety of places to fill all of our needs - following a general strength program found online while supplementing with running or a yoga studio, or having a nutrition coach AND a strength coach. Maybe you go to group fitness but aren’t seeing the results you want, or don’t know how to compliment the other things that you love to do to balance everything together. We don’t stop to think how each part is playing a role in our day-to-day, or we don’t spend enough time working on the mental or nutritional aspect of it to feel good and make the results last. That’s where Fully Integrated Training comes in. My system of building strength, cardio, mobility, nutrition and wellness work all into one convenient program checks all of the boxes for feeling amazing about moving your body and learning how to listen to exactly what our body needs.”
