Here are our virtual coaching offerings:

  • Non-Client Programming Call - $150 (One-Time)

    Designed to be our most self-driven option, our non-client programming calls are a 1-on-1 video call for us to build a 9+ week program for you based on your wants, needs and goals. Plan to meet for 60min. Basic nutrition guidance can be a part of this call, as requested. This is a fantastic option for those who want something individualized, but are great at following the plan on their own!

  • Strength Coaching - $150/mo

    Strength coaching is for clients who are looking to work on physical goals such as building strength, increasing performance and/or working towards a sports-related goal and would like weekly check-ins to keep them on the right track with accountability. I utilize TrainHeroic to deliver all programs, so you will have access to videos, form cues and messaging at your fingertips. This option is 100% personalized and includes all strength training, mobility and cardio components required to reach your goals.

  • Strength & Nutrition Coaching - $250/mo

    Our Strength & Nutrition Coaching includes everything listed in the Strength Coaching description, plus individualized nutrition guidance. This is an in-depth process completely personalized to you. You receive two zoom calls a month to help with accountability along with all programming, behavior change coaching, nutrition guidance (either macro or non-macro focused), and a daily move goal.

I currently offer 45- and 60-minute in-person training sessions geared towards your personal goals. My clients range from teens working on sports goals to 20-somethings looking to improve athletic performance to 70+ year-olds working to better their quality of life and stay independent for as long as possible.
